The problem

Your company adopted AI faster than your guardrails.

AI is now woven through your tools, your product, and your vendors — but nobody owns the risk. That gap stays invisible until a customer's procurement team, an investor, or a regulator asks you to prove it. By then it's a fire drill, a stalled deal, or worse.

  • AI tools in use that leadership doesn't even know about ("shadow AI").
  • No written AI policy, and no record of what data goes where.
  • Enterprise deals stalling on AI/security questionnaires you can't complete.
  • European customers or users — which means the EU AI Act already applies to you.

What we do

Your AI governance function, on a monthly retainer.

We run the program a Chief AI Officer would — without the hire. AI does the heavy lifting; we own the judgment, the documentation, and keeping you current.

01

AI inventory

A living map of every AI system, tool, and vendor you use — including the shadow AI your teams adopted on their own.

02

Risk assessment

Each system scored against the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and prioritized by what actually matters.

03

Policies & docs

Board-ready policies, registers, and a governance summary — tailored to your business, not generic templates.

04

Ongoing monitoring

We track the regulations and your AI footprint, and keep everything current as both change. The work is never "done."

Who it's for

Built for companies too big to ignore AI risk, too lean to hire for it.

50–1,000 employees

$10M–$250M in revenue, actively deploying AI internally, in your product, or through vendors.

Selling upmarket

Closing enterprise or government deals where procurement now asks for AI and security documentation.

Exposed & aware

European customers, a board asking hard questions, a fundraise underway, or a near-miss that got everyone's attention.

Pricing

One fixed monthly fee. No surprises.

Each tier is a monthly retainer plus a one-time onboarding that builds your baseline program.

Questions

The things buyers ask first

Is this legal advice?

No — we're governance operations, not a law firm. We handle the inventory, assessment, policy, and monitoring, and we work alongside your counsel on the legal calls. It's usually faster and cheaper than running everything through lawyers.

We're a smaller company — do we really need this?

Your enterprise customers don't grade you on a curve. The procurement questionnaire they send you is the same one they send a Fortune 500. Smaller, unprepared companies are exactly who gets caught out.

Can't we just buy a tool?

A tool gives you a dashboard and a to-do list. We give you the program — the work actually gets done, kept current, and made defensible. Most clients try a tool first, then call us to run it.
